Instructions to Authors
Papers on all aspects of empirical economics are invited for
publication in The Empirical Economics Letters (EEL). Authors are requested to adhere
to the instructions that follow.
1. Papers for publication must be in English and should be sent to Dr Mohammad A. Wadud, Managing Editor, by e-mail as attached files in MS Word to the email address: wadud68@yahoo.com
2. Papers
should contain original unpublished work. All papers will be refereed and the
decision of the Board of Editors on acceptability of papers will be final.
3. Authors
must supply their e-mail address. All correspondence will be made through e-mail only.
4. The first page of the paper should contain (a) title, (b) name(s) of the author(s), (c) affiliation(s) with e-mail(s), and (d) an abstract of not more than 100 words followed by 3 to 5 keywords and JEL classification number(s).
5. The paper should not exceed 2500 words including everything.
6. Footnotes should be limited to explanatory purpose and kept to a minimum. Diagrams and tables should be put at the right places.
7. All references should be alphabetically arranged according to the following style:
